I had an excellent experience today at Thing lab. I was greeted by Ellie, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she showed me around the shop floor and told me about all the different printers they had and helped me get everything I needed for my printer. I will only be getting my printing stuff from here now on!! Thank you Ellie for being awesome.

I spoke to four different people (Andy, Ray, Seán and Ellie) on the same day and every single one of them showed enthusiasm, care and attention to detail. That is very rare and hard to find these days! The effort that the entire team showed me both over the phone and in person before I spent a dollar at their business was above and beyond. This place is truly the gold standard for customer service and technical expertise. No one tried to upsell me to anything I didn't need, I didn't feel rushed and spent a good amount of time on the phone and in person at the show room discussing my needs and even the issues with my current printer. Special shoutout to Ray and Seán who helped me diagnose my current printer's issues despite not having bought it from them as well as trying to organise same day shipping for me when the printer was too large for my car! I have every confidence that my needs will be met from this team and they have enabled my small business and I to continue with full confidence and ongoing support. I cannot say enough good things about them!

We first purchased two Bambu printers from Ray about 18 months ago for our school. We've since expanded that to 12 printers and will continue to expand the fleet as new campus opens. Each and every time we've spoken to him, he has always taken the time to investigate our needs to guide us. On one such occasion, we were going to purchase 2 printers, however with Rays advice, we were able to save a little bit of money at the same time as purchase 3 printers. A true asset and a pleasure to deal with.
