Nexa3D xPEEK147 Photoplastic Materials

Nexa3D xPEEK147 Photoplastic is a stiff, heat-resistant material with a HDT of 230C similar to many PAEK thermoplastics like PEEK. Exhibits excellent long-term stability at temperatures exceeding 100C making it suitable for prototypes and end-use parts subjected to high temperatures and fast tooling for plastic molding.

Use Cases and Applications:

Tough material in the performance range of PEEK designed for production parts, tooling and molding applications, due to its high temperature resistance withstanding up to 230°C and very high stiffness.
