    1. Promoter

    The promoter is: Freedspace Pty Ltd, located at 7a Kent Street, Yarraville VIC 3013.

    2. Eligibility

    This competition is open to residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

    3. How to Enter

    To enter, participants must complete the competition form and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted before 2pm Friday 9th May.

    4. Data Collection & Marketing

    By entering this competition, you agree to provide your name, email address, and any other requested details. These details will be added to our email marketing list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    5. Prize

    The prize is one (1) 3D printed American football. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.

    6. Winner Selection & Notification

    The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the competition at any time. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and all decisions made by the promoter.
