3D Printing With HIPS Filament
HIPS Filament (High Impact Polystyrene) is commonly used as a dissolve-able filament and is frequently used as support material, it’s also a very capable material in it’s own right. Use HIPS to significantly reduce warping and visibly shorten the time you’re spending on post-processing. The material has a unique mat structure that absorbs light and reduces the visibility of minor flaws. It’s great for printing larger parts, housing or architectural prototypes.

Printing Guidelines
- Typical melting temperature: 230-250°C
- Typical softening temperature: 85-100°C

- Bed temperature: 115 °C
