The Delsys Trigno Link is a powerful integration module that expands the capabilities of a Trigno Lite or Trigno Research system. Furthermore, it acts as a bridge, allowing you to seamlessly combine and synchronize high-fidelity Trigno wireless EMG data with a wide range of third-party physiological sensors that use ANT+ or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication.
You can connect a variety of third-party devices that communicate via ANT+ or BLE. This includes popular sensors for measuring VO2 (e.g., VO2 Master), muscle oxygenation (SmO2, e.g., Moxy Monitor), heart rate (e.g., Polar), and more. This versatility allows you to create a comprehensive data collection setup tailored to your specific research questions.
No, the Trigno Link is not a standalone system. It is an add-on module which is designed to work with an existing Delsys Trigno Lite or Trigno Research system further extending the functionality of these systems by enabling the integration of additional physiological data streams.
The system uses hardware-level synchronization to ensure all data streams—from both the Delsys Trigno EMG sensors and the third-party physiological sensors—are precisely time-aligned. This is crucial for accurate analysis and provides a level of data fidelity that is essential for high-quality, publishable research.
The Delsys Trigno Link is intended for research, education, and general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and so must not be used for medical applications or diagnosis.
