While manual offsets measurement using a tape measure or laser remain feasible, accurately estimating tiny rotational angles in degrees can be quite challenging for any camera operator. This manual process remains time consuming and often yields satisfactory results from a specific viewpoint. However, when the camera shifts to a different perspective, spatial discrepancies may reappear, compromising the consistency of the effect. This is why Miraxyz developed EZlineup!
Using our tag-based pattern “MAGIC CUBE” placed at the stage’s origin reference and captured by the camera from multiple viewpoints, EZlineup integrates the live FreeD tracking data flow with an accurate lens profile generated by our patented lens profiler into a computer vision-based solver. The recorded data is then automatically processed to deliver precise alignment and spatial consistency.
