OptiTrack Motion Capture
Camera Range.
OptiTrack cameras are specialized for high-performance optical motion capture. Their “range” refers to the effective distance at which they can accurately track reflective markers. This crucial specification varies significantly across different camera models, from short-range, high-precision cameras to long-range models designed for large tracking areas. The optimal tracking distance depends on factors like the camera’s resolution, its lens, and the size of the markers being tracked.
