We supply artists with our full range of products and provide almost all of our service offerings.
Artists are using 3D technologies to help improve their processes and push themselves, and their art, with exciting new possibilities, and of course the boundaries keep shifting with the continual development of 3D technologies.
Thinglab’s products, services and skill set align with the artists requirements, and we’re very proud of the amazing works that we’ve helped create that have been in exhibitions, or on sale, around the world.

Feature: Amanda Parer ‘Intrude XXL’
Australian artist, Amanda Parer, has captured international attention with her Intrude and Nibbles work which feature large inflatable rabbits and humanoid figures. These works have been exhibited in over 40 cities on four continents.
The process is quite simple, Amanda crafted the original models in Tasmania and shipped them to the Thinglab studio. The models were carefully 3D scanned. Once the scans were complete there was some post production required, the digital models were then sent to Amanda for final review. It’s the finished 3D digital models that are used to manufacture the large inflatables.
